Despite a very rainy morning and a delayed start, the Dominic Strong Golf Outing, with proceeds going to We Believe in Katie, turned out to be a fun afternoon of golf, food, and prizes.  

Dominic, suffering from the same leukemia Katie had, is the recipient of one of our 2019 “wishes” from Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.   In an incredible generous gesture, Dominic’s parents and good friend Steph, organized the entire event.   

It was such fun for us to participate in the event (John golfed and I monitored “hole 4” for a possible hole-in-one) and to get to know Dominic’s wonderful family and friends.   While no one won the $10,000.00 hole-in-one prize it appeared everyone had a great time!
